MONTH OF FEBRUARY
Building 1 – Friday, February 7
Building 2 – Friday, February 21
Building 3 – Friday, February 28

MONTH OF MAY
Building 1 – Friday, May 9
Building 2 – Friday, May 23
Building 3 – Friday, May 30

MONTH OF AUGUST
Building 1 – Friday, August 8
Building 2 – Friday, August 22
Building 3 – Friday, August 29

MONTH OF NOVEMBER
Building 1 – Friday, November 7
Building 2 – Friday, Nov 21
Building 3 – Friday, Nov 28

These dates are tentative and subject to change based on weather, technician and/or equipment availability and other factors. An email notice will be sent prior to the scheduled date for confirmation.

Please note that treatment may be limited if workers or guests are in the area of treatment.

If a unit was not available during the scheduled spray dates, the office will schedule a follow-up date with Mid-Pacific. 

If for some reason the follow-up appointment is missed, the owner will need to reschedule treatment with Mid Pacific directly at their own expense. 

Residents or guests who do not wish to have their unit sprayed due to allergies or other health-related issues should contact the Maui Vista office.

A resident or guest can request “bait only” as a substitute for the non-toxic chemical spray generally used. Such requests must be made ahead of the spray date.

You do not need to be present for the pest control treatment. A Maui Vista employee (who has keys to each unit) always accompanies the pest control technician.
