Owners wanting to remodel must complete the appropriate form(s) located in the CONDO CONTROL Library. Open CONDO CONTROL and click on “Library” in the vertical menu located on the left side of the screen. In the “File Library” (on the right side of the screen) scroll down to “Owner Forms.” Click on it and scroll down to “Renovation Forms.” Open the first pdf file in “Renovation Forms” for instructions on how to proceed.
