There is a security officer on duty at night, on weekends, and holidays – all times when the front office is closed. Officers patrol on foot and by golf cart.

It is recommended that you keep your unit locked and valuables out of sight. Occupants of first floor units are encouraged to close and lock lanai doors at night.

Please report burnt-out entry and stair lights to Security at any time or the Maui Vista Office during regular business hours.

If you see suspicious activity or are disturbed by loud noises during quiet hours, call Security at (808) 281-3629.

Maui Vista also has a number of security cameras. There are two at each first-floor elevator lobby, one at the driveway entrance, one at the pedestrian entrance from South Kihei Road, and elsewhere around the property. The camera at the pedestrian entrance from South Kihei Road is shown in the accompanying picture. This entrance also has a locked gate at night.

If you arrive on the weekend or after hours (generally 4:00 PM on weekdays), use the phone next to the Maui Vista Office to call security to register and receive a parking pass. Alternatively, call security on your cell phone at the number shown above.
