Recreational activities such as skateboarding, roller blading or other sports-related activities are not permitted in parking areas, driveways, sidewalks, or hallways. No riding of bicycles on the walkways is permitted. Operation of drones from or over the property is not permitted.

For guests who are interested, there is a skate park located at Kalama Park about a half mile north of Maui Vista on the ocean side of South Kihei Road.

Kalama Park also has beach volleyball, a large, covered play area for young children, picnic shelters, and fields for soccer, baseball, and football. It’s also a pleasant place to walk.
