If you are locked out of your unit, the first thing to do is call the rental agent or owner from whom you rented the unit. The owner’s rental agent or on-island representative should have a key to let you in. If you don’t have a number for the rental agent or owner, contact the front office at 808-879-5373 (during normal business hours).

If unable to gain access through the owner, owner’s rental agent, or owner’s on-island representative, guests should hire a locksmith at their own expense.
